Water aerobics is fast becoming one of the most requested water
activities offered by our company. Our water aerobics program is
a low-impact exercise that uses water's buoyancy to protect joints
and cushion the body. Participants get all the benefits of full
range movements without having to support their full body weight.
It is also an excellent way to tone and shape muscles by using
the water for resistance training. Unlike air, water is 12 times
more resistant and offers the benefits of both push and pull resistance.
In addition, water also allows the body to be more efficient in
cooling itself. The body has a much easier time transferring its
exercise heat to the water that it does to the air. The result is
a workout that feels refreshing instead of sweaty.
